Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small and friendly team.

The practice features modern facilities, including three consultation rooms, separate dog and cat waiting areas, dedicated wards for dogs and cats, a theatre, a dental suite, an X-ray and ultrasound room, an in-house laboratory, and an isolation ward. The nursing team currently consists of three RVNs, one SVN, and one PCA.

This role involves working four days a week with nine-hour shifts, covering a mix of early and late shifts. Responsibilities include consulting, prep, and anaesthesia. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hardworking, and compassionate nurse who upholds high standards of patient and client care. An open mindset to evidence-based approaches and a commitment to working to the top of their remit are essential.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to infection control protocols, and engaging with CPD and patient care initiatives.
