Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join Dorset Coast Vets on a part-time basis. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting excellent client experiences.

The role includes anaesthetic monitoring, nurse clinics, surgical nursing including dental procedures, and collaboration with vets. 36.5 hours weekly with early/late shifts, one in eight Saturdays, and no out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with nursing and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Anaesthetic monitoring and inpatient care.
• Running nurse clinics and triage support.
• Surgical nursing including Stage 1 dental procedures.
• Collaborating with vets and nursing team to deliver high-quality patient and client care.
