Job summary

Forest Vets in Epping is recruiting a permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) for overnight shifts in a busy hospital setting. The role involves inpatient and surgical nursing with exposure to a wide range of medical cases in a modern facility within the Linnaeus network.

Working 7 nights on, 14 nights off from 18:30 to 08:30 with a 2-hour night break, you will support veterinary surgeons and the nursing team, maintain high standards of care, and contribute to clinical excellence and

We're looking for a confident and experienced RVN who enjoys working in a busy hospital setting and is passionate about providing outstanding patient and client care.Key responsibilities include:Delivering high standards of inpatient and surgical nursing care throughout the night.Supporting a varied medical and surgical caseload.Monitoring and caring for hospitalised patients overnight.Assisting with advanced procedures including endoscopy, CT and diagnostic imaging where required.Working closely with our Veterinary Surgeons and wider clinical team.Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the hospital.Supporting student nurses and junior team members where appropriate.Maintaining exceptional standards of patient care and clinical excellence.As part of Forest Vets, flexibility is important.
