Job summary

Medivet & Partners in Denham is seeking a Veterinary Nurse for a maternity cover role commencing December 2026. The position offers a 4- or 5-day week with a 1 in 4 Saturday rotation and some Bank Holiday cover at our Watford 24-hour centre. You will deliver nurse-led appointments and support procedures while upholding high standards.

You must be an RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse who thrives in a collaborative team and is committed to exceptional patient and client care.

Job description

As a Nurse, you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse-led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required, ensuring we deliver exceptional care at all times to our clients, patients and colleagues, whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance. The position is based at our partner-led Great Denham branch and is offered as a 9-12 month maternity cover, commencing around December 2026. The role offers the option of working either a 4- or 5-day week. It includes a 1 in 4 Saturday rotation at the branch, as well as some Bank Holiday cover at our 24-hour centre in Watford.
