Medivet is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse for a maternity cover role at our Great Denham branch in Bedford. The position runs for 9–12 months with a 4- or 5-day week and includes a 1 in 4 Saturday shift plus some Bank Holiday duties at our Watford 24-hour centre.

You’ll deliver nurse-led care, assist with procedures, and maintain high standards of care for clients and patients while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse required.

As a Nurse, you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse-led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required, ensuring we deliver exceptional care at all times to our clients, patients and colleagues, whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.

The position is based at our partner-led Great Denham branch and is offered as a 9–12 month maternity cover, commencing around December 2026. The role offers the option of working either a 4- or 5-day week. It includes a 1 in 4 Saturday rotation at the branch, as well as some Bank Holiday cover at our 24-hour centre in Watford.
