Job summary

Kings Veterinary Centre is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our new hospital in Melton Mowbray. The role is full-time, 40 hours over 4 days with 8:00am-6:00pm or 8:30am-6:30pm shifts and paid lunch breaks, offering excellent work-life balance in a busy, supportive team.

You will be enthusiastic, with at least 1 year qualified nursing experience, confident in clinical skills and keen to develop further alongside our vets and support team. Salary starts from £31,200 per year.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
• At least 1 year qualified experience in a veterinary setting.
• Hands-on nursing role with patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing in a busy veterinary hospital.
• Work alongside vets, RVNs and support staff to deliver high standards of patient and client care.
• Contribute to efficient patient flow and compassionate handling from admission to discharge.
