Inspiring Vet Care is recruiting a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join Abington Park Vets on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract. Part-time applications considered.

You’ll work across our Moulton and Abington sites within a busy surgical referral team, delivering high-standard nursing care and supporting clinical procedures. We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Abington Park Vets on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract. Part-time applications will also be considered.

Abington Park Vets is a well-equipped, modern veterinary hospital offering an exciting opportunity to work within a varied clinical environment. Based across our Moulton and Abington sites, this role sits within our surgical referral team, working closely with experienced surgeons and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Our practice is equipped with advanced facilities including CT, MRI, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory supported by a dedicated lab technician. With a busy and varied caseload across first opinion and referral work, this is an ideal environment for nurses looking to develop and refine their skills across a range of clinical areas, while rotating between departments as required.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion and referral cases, rotating between departments as required.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week
• 5-day working week, with shifts between 7:30am and 7:00pm
• Saturday mornings worked on a rota basis, currently 1 in 8, subject to operational needs
• No out-of-hours or bank holiday requirements
• 12-month fixed-term contract
