Job summary

Medivet is seeking a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse in Wem to deliver nurse-led appointments and support the Vet with procedures, ensuring exceptional care for clients and patients while upholding regulatory standards.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team, monitor patient care, manage admissions and discharges, and rotate weekend/bank holiday shifts with our Shrewsbury 24-hour hospital. The role offers wellbeing benefits, CPD support, paid leave, and staff discounts.

• Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards

• Work collaboratively within a supportive team

Job description

As a Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required ensuring we deliver exceptional care always there to our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.
