Job summary

Medivet & Partners in Cardiff is seeking a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse to deliver nurse-led appointments, support vets with procedures, and uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.

You will work a structured schedule with a Monday–Wednesday 09:30–18:00 and weekend coverage (Sat/Sun 09:00–17:30) with a 30-minute unpaid break, in a collaborative, client-focused practice that values wellbeing, development, and career progression.

Qualifications

• RCVS registration as a Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and client service.
• Ability to work within a team and follow clinical procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities as part of patient care.
• Support vets with procedures, admissions and discharges as required.
• Maintain regulatory, practice and operational standards and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively within a supportive team to ensure exceptional care.

Job description

As a Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required ensuring we deliver exceptional care always there to our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.
