Job summary

Crossways Vets in Storrington, part of VC Evidensia UK, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our caring clinical team. The role supports high standards of patient care across first opinion cases and collaborates closely with veterinary surgeons.

We welcome experienced nurses and those new to practice, with shifts spanning full-time or part-time patterns. Expect involvement in theatre, lab work, nursing consultations and inpatient care at our Crossways Vets site.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice, with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

We are seeking an experienced, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Crossways Vets on afull-time or part-timebasis.

Based at the edge of the South Downs National Park on the south coast of England, a short distance from Brighton and within easy reach of London, Crossways has an excellent reputation for providing the highest-quality personalised care for our clients and their pets. We have a 30-strong team based across 3 sites, allowing for continuous learning opportunities in a variety of interests. Facilities include laser, laparoscopy, ultrasound, dental X-ray, Digital X-ray, in-house laboratory equipment, and full soft-tissue and orthopaedic equipment, as well as stem cell regenerative medicine.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week - although part-time applicants will be considered
• Full-time entails either 8 am - 4:30 pm or 10:30 am - 6:30 pm shifts Monday - Friday
• Saturdays 9 am - 12:30 pm on a rota basis
