Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Blackness Vets in Dundee on a full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for nursing care of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Blackness Vets on a full-time basis.

Blackness Veterinary Surgery is situated in the Heart of Dundee. The practice is a large newly renovated building with various facilities including 2 operating theatres, with piped oxygen, an imaging suite with X-ray and top of the range Ultrasound, dental suite with Dental X-ray facilities, an endoscopy unit, in-house lab equipment, a large training room, where we host regular lunch and learns / team meetings.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern

• 37.5 hours per week
• Working 4 days, Monday to Friday
• 1 in 6 Saturdays with TOIL
• No out of hours requirement
