Bay Vets seeks two Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN) to join our friendly small animal team across Lancaster, Morecambe and Milnthorpe. With access to an in‑house CT scanner, you’ll work within a supportive team to maintain high clinical standards.

You will contribute to inpatient care, theatre nursing, consultations and diagnostic procedures, with a flexible weekend rota and ongoing CPD opportunities. We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to wellbeing and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered RVN with the UK’s RCVS.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
• Excellent client and patient care skills preferred.

Our team includes 19 RVNs, 2 SVNS and 4 PCA's , working collaboratively across four practices located close to the beautiful Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated RVN who enjoys working as part of a busy, supportive team and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient and client care. We have vacancies for an RVN at our Lancaster, Morecambe & Milnthorpe sites, so please speak to us if you have a location and shift preference. Reporting to the Clinical Nursing Manager or Lead Veterinary Nurse, you will play an important role in maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring patients receive excellent care throughout their time in practice.Our practices offer a varied first opinion and referral caseload, including orthopaedics, spinal surgery, soft tissue surgery and medicine. With access to an in-house CT scanner, this role provides a great opportunity to develop and expand your nursing skills in a varied and rewarding clinical environment.You will work closely with the veterinary and nursing teams to support the smooth running of the practice, assisting with patient care from admission through to discharge.
