Job summary

Medivet & Partners in Chorlton is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) for a part-time position. You will join a friendly, close-knit team and provide high-quality patient and client care across nurse consultations and surgical work, with a varied caseload.

The role offers a pro rata salary from £30,500 per annum, a supportive culture, and a £750 CPD budget. Regular exposure to emergency and critical care comes through the Ashton 24 weekend rota.

Qualifications

• Must be an RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Experience delivering nurse-led appointments and supporting surgeries.
• Part-time role with flexible hours, ideally Mon/Tue/Fri or similar.

Responsibilities

• Carry out nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities; support consults, surgeries and procedures.
• Deliver patient monitoring and care, manage admissions and discharges.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, practice and operational standards.

RVN – Chorlton | Part-Time We’re looking for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our friendly, close‑knit team in Chorlton. You’ll be joining a supportive team made up of 1 Branch Partner, 1 Vet, 1 RVN, 1 SVN and 1 CCA, with a strong and loyal client base and an excellent client feedback score, reflecting the high level of care and service provided by the team. The role offers a varied caseload, with a great balance between nurse consults and surgical work, giving you the opportunity to make the most of your nursing skills and interests. What we can offer: Part‑time position, ideally Monday, Tuesday and Friday but we are open to discussion regarding hours and days. Salary from £30,500 per annum (pro rata) 1 in 6 weekends at Ashton 24, providing the opportunity to gain experience with an exciting ECC caseload.
