Mill House Veterinary Hospital in Kings Lynn, East of England, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll work within a small animal first opinion and referral hospital offering 24-hour hospitalisation and advanced emergency care, with access to CT, ultrasound and other facilities.

We offer a supportive team with training opportunities, dedicated consulting rooms for nurses, and a range of development pathways including Nurse Graduate and Nurse Academy

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Mill House Vet Surgery & Hospitalon a full-timebasis.

Mill House is a small animal first opinion and referral hospital offering 24-hour hospitalisation and advanced emergency care with VetsNow. We’re proud to have achieved Outstanding in all six areas of the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme, alongside being a two-time Practice of the Year.

Our high-specification facilities include CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy and multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring. We’re also a Gold Standard Cat Friendly Clinic, with separate cat wards and waiting areas, and a Silver Standard Rabbit Friendly Clinic.

We have an experienced, supportive team with a strong focus on training and development, including supporting students and new graduates. Our nurses also benefit from their own dedicated consulting rooms and comprehensive training facilities.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week
• Working Monday to Friday with shifts between 8:00am-7:00pm
• 1 in 6 Saturdays working either 8:00am-12:30pm, or 8:30am-1:00pm
• No OOH or On-call
