inspiring vet care operates Well House Veterinary Clinic, with two sites in Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells. The staff team includes qualified nurses, Vets, and support personnel, delivering high standards of patient care in a collaborative environment.

The Registered Veterinary Nurse role is full-time or part-time, with duties across nursing, theatre, and client communication, and a focus on ongoing development within a supportive practice.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Well House Veterinary Clinic on afull-time or part-timebasis.

Well House Veterinary Clinic has two clinics, one in Crowborough and the other in Tunbridge Wells. We border on Ashdown Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Both clinics are near a mainline train station for London/Gatwick. We have achieved the ISFM Silver Accredited cat-friendly clinic. We are a close team who believe in working together to provide a high standard of care for our clients and patients. We have an ethos at Well House that includes an openness in regard to the sharing of knowledge and experiences. We believe this to be paramount to ensuring that we remain a cohesive team and share best practices.

Practice Highlights

• Close-knit team made up of 2 vets, 2 nurses, 1 SVN, 2 receptionists and a practice manager
• State-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, dental suite, Idexx lab machines, multiparameter and an Ultrasound machine
• Separate dog and cat waiting areas and wards

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week
• Working either 4 or 5 days between 8 am - 7 pm, although we are happy to accept part-time applicants
• 1:4 Saturdays working 8 am - 12 pm with TOIL

General Responsibilities

• Assisting in ops and theatre work
• Inpatient care
• Reception cover and cleaning when required

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you'll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You'll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. This position is split with 1 day working at our Tunbridge Wells practice and the rest of the week based at Crowborough.
