Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate RVN eager to make a real difference? A fantastic opportunity has opened at a growing and supportive small animal practice in Crewe, Cheshire, where you can develop your skills, be heard, and thrive in a welcoming team.

About the Role:

A full-time position is available for a Registered Veterinary Nurse, working 40 hours per week with a 1 in 3 Saturday rota (with time off in lieu). The rota includes:

  • Early shifts: 8:30am 5:00pm

  • Late shifts: 10:30am 7:00pm

This balance supports both professional focus and personal wellbeing.

The team is enhancing nurse-led clinics and embracing new, proactive ways of working. Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced RVN, this is an ideal environment to build your confidence and expand your rolepotentially even exploring practice partnership opportunities in the future.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • A rotating schedule between consults and theatre

  • Leading and assisting with post-op checks, development clinics, socialisation/desensitisation sessions, and vaccinations

  • Working with a wide range of cases, from routine neutering and dentistry to orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery

  • Taking part in weekly clinical governance meetings, where team input is encouraged and valued
