Location:Penrith, Cumbria
Salary:£50,000 – £60,000 per annum + bonus
Contract:Full time, permanent
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Service Manager to lead in a pioneering role under the new Multi-Building Registration Ofsted Policy Guidance.Hold overall responsibility for day-to-day management of the Children’s Home and accountable for the delivery of a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base. Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children with their physical, psychological, emotional & social development.
Your key responsibilities as the Registered Service Manager:
