We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Psychologist at our Camden practice. In this role, you'll encounter daily challenges and rewarding moments, directly influencing the lives of individuals in the community. Your role will support Foster Care services, NDIS-funded clients, Home Care clients, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and external clients of Challenge Community Services.
The Role:
Join a vibrant team environment with established referrals and cases awaiting your expertise. Focus on providing clinical assessments, therapy, and community-based interventions. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home one day a week while contributing to our multidisciplinary approach. Your impact will span from early childhood to late adulthood, meeting client needs with excellence. Collaborate closely with Foster Care services and NDIS-funded clients, as we are registered providers under NDIS and Medicare.
About You:
We are looking for a registered or eligible psychologist passionate about working with children, young people, or adults with disabilities and complex behavioral needs. You should be able to think quickly, solve problems effectively, and collaborate across services to achieve positive outcomes. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Experience with assessments is highly desirable. A current NSW driver's license, COVID-19 vaccinations, and necessary background checks are required. Experience in OOHC/ADHC/NDIS or similar fields, Mental Health, Clinical Supervision, or Medicare provision is advantageous. Familiarity with Family Systems Therapy and group facilitation skills would also be valuable.
