Priory Group Hospital Kemple View in Blackburn is seeking a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist to join the Allied Health Professionals and Psychology team on a full-time basis. A Master’s degree with postgraduate accreditation is required, with BPS/ BABCP/BCP credentials preferred.

Priory Hospital Kemple View has an opportunity for a HCPC registered practitioner Psychologist to join our team.
Priory Hospital Kemple View, Blackburn, Lancashire is a 90-bedded hospital providing level 2 rehabilitation and secure services for adult males with mental health conditions and/or personality disorders. It is accessible by public transport, with a local train station approximately a 3-minute drive away. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

Essential:
Applicants must be Practitioner Psychologists registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)—this is a mandatory requirement—and Chartership with the British Psychological Society (BPS) is preferred.
This role requires a minimum of a relevant Master’s degree, along with a recognised postgraduate qualification and accreditation from the appropriate professional body (BABCP, BCP, BPS or equivalent). Candidates must also demonstrate prior experience and practical exposure within their chosen field of therapy, ensuring they possess the necessary clinical competence and applied knowledge to deliver high-quality therapeutic practice.
