Lincolnshire Community Health Service NHS Trust is seeking a Registered Health Care Professional to join the Vaccination and Rapid Response Team in Lincolnshire. You will deliver vaccinations, perform clinical assessments, and support disease prevention across multiple settings.

As a Registered Health Care Professional working in the Vaccination and Rapid Response Team the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service.The post holder will undertake clinical assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating activities along with wider disease prevention and health promotion activities in a variety of settings. The aim of the service is to protect those who are most at risk of serious illness or death from infectious disease and to reduce transmission of the infection. The post holder will be flexible to service need delivering the service across Lincolnshire
