As a Member Of The Transition Pool, You’ll Benefit From a Supportive And Personalized Onboarding Process, Starting With An 8-week Orientation Program Designed To Set You Up For Success. Here’s How It Works

Spend your first 4 weeks on a Medicine/Surgical unit, where you’ll work closely with a consistent mentor to build your foundation.

After that, dive into a variety of specialized units, including Sills 3 (Acute Stroke/Rehab), Sills 4 (Complex Continuing Care), BSTU (Behavioral Support), and TCU (Transitional Care Unit).

Attend a Medicine Orientation Skills Day to further enhance your knowledge and confidence.
