What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be a valued member of the Villa Santa Maria team and will impact in the following ways:

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician’s orders, the resident plan of care, and within the scope of practice of an RPN/LPN.
• Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents through teamwork and effective communication with staff.
• Oversee resident care, including regular communication with residents and their families, and provide guidance to staff.
• Supervise Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members assigned to the unit.
• Manage admissions, readmissions, and changes in resident status, providing ongoing assessments.

Who You Are:

• A Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses.
• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, and/or senior health industry is an asset.
• You possess good judgment, can identify risks, and foster a positive work environment.
