Job Title: Nursing Associate - Paediatric Assessment Unit

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Nursing Associate to join our Paediatric Assessment Unit. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support children, young people, and families in managing diabetes through home and school visits.
  2. Work independently under the supervision of registered nurses within the scope of nursing practice.
  3. Promote patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
  4. Maintain good interpersonal skills and work effectively within a team.
  5. Develop and enhance skills and knowledge relevant to supporting pediatric patients and their families.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Current registration with the NMC as a Nurse Associate.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to travel for home and school visits.
  • Demonstrate trust values and a commitment to holistic, person-centered care.
