Job Description:

Registered Nurses needed in Germany & Austria.

Some training courses/language courses need to be completed.

Pay during training and after certification:

  • a) Training period: 2800€ monthly plus overtime
  • b) Professional: 3500€ monthly plus overtime
Two Streams:

Stream 1: Immediate demand for registered nurses (BSc. nursing) with 2+ years experience in hospitals and B2 German proficiency.

Credentials checked: certificates, police verification, experience.

Stream 2: Year 1 or Year 2 BSc nursing students, with language courses from Year 2 start.

Upon graduation, candidates become B2 ready and undergo cultural immersion.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Verify documents
  2. Check language certificates or start language training
  3. Complete CV with gaps
  4. Prepare for interviews
  5. Match with employers
  6. Collect medical, police, visa documents
  7. Recognition process (Germany §16d)
  8. Secure bridging course (AZAV)
  9. Visa application
  10. Travel arrangements

During training, candidates are paid a salary; accommodation is arranged by the employer (shared basis, chargeable). Food, travel, and accommodation details are as specified. Post-certification, a 5-year visa is possible depending on age, language, and professional contract.
