We have multiple roles available: Permanent full-time or part-time, AM/PM/Nights.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of clinical care to residents and Home Care clients, ensuring holistic care and wellbeing of residents.
  • Provide medication management, including ensuring valid medication orders, medication administration, PRN and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with storage of medications such as scheduled drugs.
  • Manage wound care, including assessment, dressing, reviews, and evaluations to ensure optimal wound healing.
  • Assess and respond with an appropriate pain management approach to ensure residents are as pain-free as possible.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or retirement living.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Current NDIS clearance (not essential).
  • Above award rates.
  • A supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
