Hollybank Trust's Willow Court in Mirfield (WF14) is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care to adults with profound disabilities and learning needs. You will assess, plan, implement and review care plans within a multidisciplinary team to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.
The role is advertised as full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with possible part-time consideration; occasional night cover and alternate weekends may be required to meet care needs.
