Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Wards team on a bank basis at Runnymede Hospital in Chertsey. You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, and maintain nursing documentation in line with care plans.

You will cover busy periods and annual leave as required, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care and thorough patient education throughout recovery.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, care plans, and observations.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality, safe, and efficient care.

Runnymede Hospital in Chertsey is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Wards department.

This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.

Salary & Benefits:
