Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Able to work in a ward-based community hospital setting.
- Patient-focused, flexible, adaptable and capable of lateral thinking.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership support, teaching within the unit and support audit processes.
- Deliver high quality, individualised care to patients under guidance of ward manager and senior nurses.
- Contribute to the development of Durban ward and its services.
