With a recent focus on developing clinical skills on the ward, this is an exciting time for this nurse-led ward to embrace a commitment to learning and development seeking innovative ways to deliver high-quality care to patients with increasingly complex needs.
You will support the Ward Manager by contributing to the provision, management and co-ordination of services on the ward to ensure that effective, sympathetic and individualised 24-hour patient care is maintained. You will participate in the development of nursing care.
