Administer medications and undertake assessment for self medication. Our rehabilitation nurses are given support and training for advanced skills such as tracheostomy care, Cough assists, CPAP and bladder scanning. Attending goal setting and progress review meetings regularly for the clients – and reviewing and writing care plans as a result.
