Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join the Ridgeway Secure Inpatient Services. The role involves delivering comprehensive psychiatric care, risk assessment, and collaborative treatment planning within a secure inpatient setting.

We offer extensive training, flexible working options, and an NHS Pension. Applicants should have current NMC registration (RNMH/RNLD) and be prepared for shift work, including nights, across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with NMC as RNMH or RNLD is required.
• Evidence of CPD and continuing professional development.
• Experience in mental health or learning disability settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patients' dignity, privacy and safety at all times.
• Safely administer and store medicines according to policy.
• Collaborate within MDT and with partners to plan and deliver care.
• Provide evidenced-based care and participate in risk assessment.
