Job description

Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Children’s care provider and are assisting in their search for a new Registered Nurse (RNLD or RGN) to join their dedicated team at their Children’s Home near Leicester.

The successful Registered Nurse (RNLD or RGN) will support children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Responsibilities include providing tailored nursing care, promoting independence, and helping young people thrive in a therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver personalized care to children with learning disabilities and complex behaviors
  2. Create and review care plans in collaboration with families and professionals
  3. Implement positive behavior support strategies
  4. Administer medication and monitor health conditions
  5. Maintain accurate records in accordance with NMC and CQC standards
What You’ll Need
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experience working with learning disabilities, autism, or complex behaviors
  • A caring, team-oriented approach
  • Experience with tracheostomies and ventilators is preferred
