Your Role As a Registered Nurse

You will be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in their homes. Assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments based on patient needs and provider instructions.
  • Develop and update care plans reflecting evolving conditions and goals.
  • Deliver skilled nursing interventions within your scope and according to physician directives.
  • Maintain detailed, compliant documentation per regulations.
  • Lead case conferences to promote collaboration.
  • Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families.
  • Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being.
What You'll Need
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN).
  • Active RN license in MA.
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification.
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
  • 1+ year experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health within the last 2 years.
  • Up-to-date health certificate & TB test.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation
  • $45/visit
  • $40/medication administration
  • $100/admission visit
