  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

  • Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM (offering a $2 shift differential)

Overview:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference? You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for older adults in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings, while also providing peace of mind for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide daily direction and monitor the work of LPNs and nursing assistants, ensuring high standards of care.

  • Assist with the orientation and training of new nursing personnel, reinforcing best practices to maintain quality care.

  • Motivate and support LPNs and CNAs to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing to discuss resident conditions, staff performance, and overall care quality.

  • Conduct resident health assessments, monitor mental and emotional well-being, and report significant changes to physicians and family members as required.

  • Deliver direct patient care as needed, adhering to nursing standards and state/federal regulations.


Qualifications:



  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Current RN license in good standing with the state.

  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or senior care settings.

  • Strong leadership skills to oversee and support LPNs and CNAs.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care to senior adults and individuals with disabilities.

  • Willingness to work beyond normal hours when necessary, including weekends and holidays.


Compensation:



  • Pay Range: $42.00 - $49.00 per hour

  • $4,000 Sign-On Bonus!
