Registered Nurse (RN) (Flexibility + Purpose-Driven Work)

About the Role

We are hiring RNs in Franklin County, MA, and surrounding areas. The position offers competitive pay, including $45 per visit, $100 per admission, and additional compensation for medication administration. Join our compassionate team committed to transforming home health care across Massachusetts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments based on patient needs
  • Develop and update care plans
  • Deliver skilled nursing interventions within scope and in accordance with physician directives
  • Maintain detailed documentation complying with regulations
  • Lead case conferences and promote collaboration
  • Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families
  • Advocate for patient dignity and well-being
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
  • Active MA RN license
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health
  • Up-to-date health certificate and TB test
  • Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
