Your Role as a Registered Nurse

You will be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in their homes. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, managing patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments based on patient needs and provider instructions
  • Develop and update care plans to reflect evolving conditions and goals
  • Deliver skilled nursing interventions within scope and per physician directives
  • Maintain detailed, compliant documentation per regulations
  • Lead case conferences to promote collaboration
  • Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families
  • Advocate for patient dignity and preferences

What You'll Need

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
  • Active RN license in MA
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
  • 1+ year experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health (within last 2 years)
  • Up-to-date health certificate & TB test
  • Understanding of HIPAA and commitment to confidentiality
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation

  • $45/visit
  • $40/medication administration
  • $100/admission visit
