Summary

We are hiring a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

1. Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other healthcare professionals.
2. Supervises care provided by home health aides and licensed practical nurses, provides instruction, assigns tasks according to regulations, and conducts supervisory visits.
3. Performs initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations, ensures patients meet eligibility and medical necessity guidelines, develops and submits accurate documentation.
4. Communicates effectively with staff, physicians, patients, and families regarding care, schedules, and care needs.

Education and Experience

License Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
