Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at one of our care homes. You will apply clinical expertise to support residents, focusing on mental health and dementia care while delivering person-centered care and dignity in every interaction.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, develop tailored care plans, and perform clinical tasks to ensure residents receive outstanding, compassionate care. Training and career development are available.

Qualifications

• Must have current NMC registration and knowledge of dementia care.
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and settle new residents and develop tailored care plans.
• Carry out clinical tasks as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and maintain dignity and respect.
• Contribute to training and development opportunities for the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we're known for. You'll ensure each person's needs are met and that they're always treated with dignity and respect. ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Registered Nurse (RMN), you'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
