Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) for a care home in Hull, UK. You will provide expert nursing care with a focus on dementia, support the multidisciplinary team, and ensure residents receive dignified, person-centred care.

The role involves developing care plans, conducting risk assessments, and delivering clinical tasks while maintaining up-to-date compliance with DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Qualifications

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) at a Barchester care home, you’ll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we’re known for. ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD), you’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up‑to‑date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience of producing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
