Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse at Buckingham Lodge Care Home in Watton, Norfolk. You will work as part of the care team to deliver nursing care, support residents, and maintain high standards of patient dignity and independence.

The role includes days/nights shifts on a permanent basis with a welcoming, supportive team and a focus on compassionate care. A £2,000 welcome bonus is offered, with DBS disclosure covered and full benefits provided.

About The Role

As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.

Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Skills and attributes

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.

Education and qualification

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
