Plan B Healthcare Ltd is seeking experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide flexible, temporary nursing work across Scotland. Earn £25.00–£31.00 per hour with regular shifts in diverse healthcare settings, supported by a dedicated compliance and recruitment team.

Ideal candidates hold current NMC registration, a valid PIN for at least 6 months, and UK hospital experience. Right to work in the UK without sponsorship is required.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered General Nurse with Plan B Healthcare, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, compassionate and patient-centred care. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care in accordance with relevant clinical standards and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs, develop appropriate care plans and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications, treatments and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patients and recognise and escalat**e** any changes or clinical concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
• Support patients and their families with clear, compassionate and professional communication.
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and well-being at all times.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
