Job summary

Exeter Hospital, now part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, offers a year-long Nurse Residency Program for new graduates with hands-on clinical experience and dedicated preceptors and educators.

As part of an interprofessional team, residents complete orientation and core courses, developing clinical competency and teamwork to deliver exceptional patient care.

Pay range: $35.00–$63.15 per hour. Schedule: Days 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m. with every third weekend. Sign‑on bonus eligible up to $5,000.

Requirements

• 0-6 months experience
• BSN preferred
• Registered Nurse - NH or other compact state
• BCLS certified - for select nursing positions within 30 days

What to expect :

The Nurse Residency Program begins with Corporate and Nursing & Clinical Orientation and concludes after successfully completing all required courses and associated competencies, and at least 50% of the elective courses (approximately 8 months).

Pay Range:

$35.00 - $63.15

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
