Responsibilities
  • Act as a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience in Health or Social Care.
  • Maintain a valid NMC PIN and adhere to NMC standards of practice.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, serving as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, and model professional behaviours.
  • Advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
  • Recognise and act on safeguarding concerns, including reporting and escalation when appropriate.
