Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Pre Assessment and Outpatients team at Runnymede Hospital in Chertsey. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week with shifts including weekends. The position focuses on delivering direct nursing care, assessing patient needs, and adhering to NMC standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an NMC-registered Adult Nurse qualification with hospital clinical experience and strong IT skills for patient records and care planning.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs, recognise changes in condition, and escalate appropriately.
• Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments and observations.
• Ensure that care provided complies with NMC standards, governance, and hospital policies.
• Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks.
