Job summary

Sevenoaks Medical Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. You will assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in the outpatient department, while maintaining accurate records and upholding safety and confidentiality.

You will support and mentor colleagues, champion infection prevention and governance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure an excellent patient and visitor experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, individualised patient care within the outpatient department.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of patient safety, privacy and confidentiality.
• Support, mentor, and act as a role model for junior team members, promoting a positive learning environment.
• Champion infection prevention, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver an exceptional patient and visitor experience.
