Job Purpose

• Assess all aspects of clients' care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care when required
• Assess social and healthcare needs of new clients; maintain ongoing assessments and reviews
• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policy
• Administer prescribed medicines and document in accordance with procedures and NMC guidelines
• Practice integrity in dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs
• Supervise and instruct junior staff, providing guidance as needed
• Attend mandatory training sessions
• Communicate effectively with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; provide administrative support when needed
