Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC/UK registration.
• Experience in relevant clinical area.
• Desirable Diploma in Palliative Care or willingness to undertake.
• Strong time management skills.
• IT literate or working towards.
• Demonstrates empathy and aligns with hospice values.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care.
