Job summary

York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified nurses for an Elective Orthopaedic ward role and Pre-Assessment team. You will support patients to regain mobility and resume daily activities, in a friendly, supportive team.

Applications welcome from experienced nurses, those returning to practice, and pre-registered nurses due to qualify in 2026. Interviews will be conducted in person at Bridlington site.

Qualifications

• Pre-registered nurses due to qualify in 2026 will be considered.

Responsibilities

It is an area of nursing where you can make an invaluable contribution by supporting patients to regain their mobility, and to resume their normal daily activities as quickly as possible. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and passionate nurse with an interest in providing exceptional care to patients on our orthopaedic ward.
