Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse/ODP - Cardiac Scrub Team

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse/ODP to join the Cardiac scrub team at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital. This hospital has a strong history of supporting NHS Scotland in delivering Heart and Lung services, including the Scottish Adult Congenital Cardiac Service, Scottish Advanced Heart Failure Service, and the National Organ Retrieval Service.

If successful, you will be part of a pioneering team, scrubbing for basic cardiac procedures and learning to handle complex cases such as Adult Congenital Procedures, Heart Transplant, Mechanical Support Programmes, and other advanced cardiology/extraction procedures.

Hospital and Team Environment

We operate 15 theatres, with 4 dedicated to cardiac surgery. Our perioperative nursing team is renowned for its person-centered approach, playing a vital role in patient care and surgical delivery.
