We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team! We are recruiting for newly qualified or experienced nurses to work within nursing homes in the Cardiff area, this role will be based around the days and times you’re available to work and will involve working a in a number of beautiful homes supporting elderly residents with their medical needs. This role will involve working within a supportive and friendly team environment. You will receive a dedicated consultant who will ensure onboarding and your work satisfaction throughout the role. Key Responsibilities:
• Administering medication and treatments in line with clinical guidelines
• Creating and reviewing person-centred care plans
• Supervising care assistants and maintaining care standards
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
• Supporting residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing
Requirements:
• Must have a valid NMC PIN and be registered to practice as a nurse in the UK
• RGN, RMN, or RNLD qualified
• Previous experience in elderly or residential care (preferred)
